Abstract
This paper proposes a model to enhance disaster communication and coordination among national rescue agencies. It identifies key challenges, opportunities for improvement, and strategies for effective communication and coordination. Emphasizing the importance of a unified command structure, inter-agency collaboration, and technology for information sharing, the paper concludes by stressing the necessity for ongoing research and innovation in disaster management.
