Abstract
Smart farmingthe application of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to agriculturehas become a game-changing strategy for addressing the problems facing contemporary agriculture. The many applications of IoT in smart farming are examined in this abstract, with an emphasis on how it might improve agricultural sustainability and efficiency.Real-time monitoring and management of a range of agricultural characteristics, such as soil moisture, temperature, humidity, and crop health, is made possible by IoT devices, which include sensors, actuators, and drones. By providing farmers with insightful information on their animals and crops, this data-driven strategy enables them to make timely and well-informed decisions. Agricultural productivity is enhanced by IoT-enabled smart farming practices, which optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
