Abstract
Every day, educational institutions deal with a vast amount of data and information, yet handling all of this data by hand takes a lot of time from any employee. As a result, all educational institutions must have an ideal data management system. Due to the technology's streamlined functioning, numerous industries are embracing it, as digitalization spreads to all facets of the economy. The adoption of this technology in the education sector is happening just as quickly as it is in many other industries. This research shed some light on how modernised management systems can aids the schools and colleges in many ways, including time savings for the faculty, data storage and analysis for academic and administrative purposes, student engagement through fostering a digital culture, improved communication, etc.
